Supply chain spotlight14 Global economic weakness, geopolitical strife and increased conflict around the world has combined to stretch supply chains to a degree that wasn’t seen even during COVID. Frozen and chilled foods18 The frozen and chilled food aisles have undergone a remarkable transformation, challenging long-held perceptions and catering to evolving tastes. Slicing, dicing and cutting23 In a world where clear packaging is used to reveal the quality of the food inside, getting the right cut is paramount to a visually appealing meal. The proposal to mandate tethered caps on beverage containers has sparked a fierce debate, with household names such as Coca-Cola, Danone, Nestlé, and PepsiCo initially vehemently opposing the idea.
