Heineken launches global AI lab to drive innovation

Heineken has partnered with AI Singapore to establish its first global AI lab, aiming to enhance growth, productivity, and customer engagement across its international operations.

The lab, positioned as a global AI expertise centre, will develop scalable generative AI (GenAI) solutions, including automated marketing content and advanced financial reporting. It will also explore AI-driven systems capable of autonomously solving complex business challenges.

The initiative leverages Singapore’s AI ecosystem, skilled workforce, and government support. By the end of 2025, Heineken and AI Singapore plan to build a dedicated AI team to accelerate innovation in the beverage industry.

Singapore’s Economic Development Board (EDB) has endorsed the collaboration, stating that it will help Heineken unlock new business value while strengthening AI talent and capabilities in the region.
