Flavour systems market grows as demand for natural and customised tastes rises

The global flavour systems market is expanding as food and beverage manufacturers respond to rising consumer demand for customised and natural flavours. A new report by Exactitude Consultancy projects the market will reach approximately $23 billion in 2024, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 6.1%, pushing it to around $40 billion by 2034.

Growth is driven by increasing interest in clean-label, organic, and health-conscious products, including sugar-free and low-calorie flavour systems. The market plays a key role in processed foods, beverages, and confectionery, with major demand coming from North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
