Fi South America

Food ingredients South America (Fi South America) is the largest gathering of food and beverage professionals in South America. For over 20 years, Fi South America has been the region’s platform to source new food and beverage ingredients, learn about the latest industry developments and connect with leading ingredients suppliers and buyers in the region.

Fi South America 2019 will take place from 20-22 August 2019 in São Paulo, Brazil at the Transamerica Expo Center, gathering 10,000+ expected visitors and 750+ top suppliers from around the world, including AQIA, Dohler, ICL Food Specialties and Ingredion among many others.

Fi South America will combine with two co-located events to help visitors more easily locate ingredients and suppliers according to their needs:

· Health ingredients South America: Health ingredients South America is the region’s leading nutritional ingredients event, offering visitors a 360-perspective of the health, nutritional and wellness industry.

· Natural ingredients South America: The Natural ingredients (Ni) Pavilion is Fi South America’s co-located event for sourcing natural and organic ingredients for supplements, nutraceuticals, functional food and beverages.
