Innovative ingredients brands taking part in IFE Manufacturing 2025

IFE Manufacturing, part of Food Drink & Hospitality Week, returns to Excel London on 17-19 March packed with ingredients brands from plant-based proteins to dates and nuts to milk fats and much more.

On the show’s Trends & Innovation Platform, leading industry figures will discuss a wide range of topics relating to product development, manufacturing and more, with sessions on uses of AI in manufacturing, supply chain security, transitioning to net zero in food systems and a case study on allergen contamination and recall.

This year’s event will also see the return of the IFE Manufacturing Ingredients Awards, in association with the Institute of Food Science & Technology (IFST). The awards recognise innovative products and brands in categories such as new ingredient launch from a startup, achieving sustainable solutions, and simplified ingredients lists for clean labels.
